The location is exceptional, offering easy access to the Yumbo Centre. Staff members were wonderfully professional, and the breakfast quality was impressive and flavorful.

The air conditioning was insufficient in our room, leading to discomfort during warm nights. The noise from the street occasionally disturbed our peace.

Just a nice choice for a transient stop in Playa del Ingles with extraordinarily good value for money. Pool area was always clean, and I appreciated that drinks were charged to the room for convenience. Make sure to ask about the room options, some have better views than others.

The check-in process, the housekeeping attention to detail, the gracious service was simply outstanding.

I loved the excellent breakfast variety with daily themes. The jacuzzi was a delightful surprise after long days. Enjoyed relaxing by the spacious pool area with ample sunbathing spots. The staff's attentive service made my stay memorable. I definitely recommend this spot! 😊

Perfect chill spot!

Had an awesome 8 nights here! The room was big and comfy, and the pool area was nice to hang out in. Breakfast was super varied, with everything from fresh bread to meats. Staff were mostly cool, but sometimes it felt like they were stretched thin. A bit noisy at night from nearby spots, but overall a great stay!

Lovely, modern hotel in the heart of everything! Our spacious balcony with pool views was just delightful, and we enjoyed the quiet nights for proper snoozing.

But honestly, my shower holder was more out of control than a toddler on sugar! And the room's pick up line? It's too dark—needs a bit more light to flirt with guests.

I had a great time at the Servatur in Playa del Ingles. The pool area offered a spacious setting with plenty of sunbeds, so relaxing there was never a problem. Breakfast really impressed me. there was a wide variety each morning, including fresh fruits and different themed dishes. I enjoyed the evening entertainment, though it wrapped up quite early, around 11 PM, which felt a bit sudden. The room was good-sized with a comfortable bed. however, the long walk to my room, especially after a day by the pool, became a bit of a trek. I was in room 269, and it felt like I was walking halfway across the hotel just to get there! I had to pay for the safe, and it was a bit inconvenient not having a kettle or tea-making supplies in the room. Every day, I appreciated the housekeeping team's cleanliness. They did a fantastic job!
